Dr.Dhruv Shah is certified by American Board of physical medicine and rehabilitation
and subspecialty board-certified in interventional pain medicine and electrodiagnostic
medicine. He is also certified as a fellow of interventional pain practice by the World
Institute of Pain. Dr. Shah is also specialist in Sports Medicine. He has more than 25
years of experience in field of Musculoskeletal Medicine, spine and Sports Medicine,
Electrodiagnostic Medicine and Interventional Pain Medicine.
Dr. Shah completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency from Rush
medical University in Chicago Illinois in the year of 2000. He worked as an attending
Pain Management and Sports Medicine physician in Community Orthopedics in Chicago
from year 2000 to 2004. He worked as an assistant professor in Syracuse upstate New
York University and Syracuse Orthopedic Specialist for 1 year. He did teaching of
medical residents, medical students and fellow while working as an associate professor in
Syracuse upstate New York University. Since year 2005 he is practicing in Akron Ohio.
Before coming to USA and Dr. Shah worked as an orthopedic spine surgeon in India for
about 10 years. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery in Gujarat University
India. Dr. Shah has more than 25 years of experience in field of sports medicine, spine
and sports medicine, electrodiagnostic medicine and interventional pain medicine.
Dr. Shah moved to Ohio with his wife. He enjoys being outdoors, listening music,
singing, traveling and spending time with his family.
Dhruv Shah, MD, MS, FIPP is an Interventional spine and Pain physician specializing in
both conservative and interventional treatment of many different disorders of head, spine,
joints and limbs. He offers many new and cutting age interventional and implantable
technologies like Spinal Cord Stimulator for his patients. Dr. Shah performs
interventional pain procedures under fluoroscopy in cervical. Thoracic, lumbar spine like
epidural steroid injections, nerve root block injections, facet joint injections,
Radiofrequency ablation, Sacroiliac joint, hip injections etc.
Tiffany Agosto is a certified Physician Assistant (PA) who graduated from the University of Toledo's PA program in 2014. Prior to that she attended Cleveland State University and obtained her bachelors degree in Psychology. She is experienced in emergency medicine and orthopedic surgery. Tiffany is very compassionate and empathetic with an intimate understanding of physical therapy. Her approach is holistic, and she practices integrative medicine. She is thorough, detail oriented, and always tries to go the extra mile to accommodate her patients. She believes in mindfulness and her hobbies include playing billards and painting landscapes.
Megan is a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with a profound commitment to improving the lives of patients suffering from chronic pain. With a background in orthopedics, surgery, aesthetics, obstetrics/gynecology, and allergy/pulmonology, Megan brings a wealth of knowledge and a patient-centered approach to the field of pain management. Each day, Megan works tirelessly to assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate patients on self-management techniques. She understands that pain is a complex and multifaceted experience, and strives to create a supportive and empathetic environment where patients feel heard and understood. Megan is known for meticulous attention to detail, a holistic approach, and excellent communication skills. Megan graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Walsh University in 2009 and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2019. She has worked in many areas of the hospital and outpatient setting including Med/Surg, Surgery, Perinatal/Labor & Delivery/Postpartum, Allergy/Pulmonology/Sleep Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Aesthetics, Orthopedics, and Pain Management. Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, playing with her Husky Titus, boating and wakeboarding, snowboarding, working out, and bike riding.
